Area : 11 hectares ( Ha )  of wines
- 7 Ha Gamay
- 3 Ha Pinot Noir
- 1 Ha Chardonnay
Orientation : facing southeast  
Soil Type : mixture of clay and chalk
Characteristics  : vines planted on steep hills , in terraces formation held by stone walls
Average age of vines : 15-20 years

4500 plants of wines per hectare

Methode of pruning  : short “ double Guyot “
Treatment : known as  « reasoned  fight »
Yields : 55 hectoliters per hectare
Harvest  :

hand-picked in order to preserve the quality of the grapes

Our wine – making philosophy :

for each type of grapes a separated wine-making process in vats/tanks ( stainless – steel )

Aging process  :

Aging process : It takes 10- 13 months in oak barrels for certain vintages of Pinot noir , Gamay and Chardonnay.
